3. Dealer Referrals and Communications
If you submit information through the Site, you understand and agree that MJM may use that information to respond to your inquiry, market MJM products and services, and route your information to one or more MJM Authorized Dealers in the United States or other countries, depending on your location, boating region, or the nature of your request. MJM Authorized Dealers are independent businesses. A dealer’s collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information is subject to that dealer’s own policies and practices.

4. No Direct Online Purchase of Boats
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Site is provided for informational, marketing, lead-generation, and customer-service purposes. The Site does not create a binding offer to sell any yacht, boat, option package, accessory, service, or other product. Any purchase of an MJM yacht or related services is subject to separate agreements, availability, pricing, specifications, dealer terms, and applicable law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including websites used to purchase MJM Yachts branded apparel or other merchandise. These third-party websites are not owned or controlled by MJM. 6. Intellectual Property
