When family and friends are aboard, you’ll love the plush seating and the sociable flush deck arrangements that allow your whole group to join the fun.  On the bridgedeck, which can be fully enclosed and temperature controlled, or open to the aft deck under a full protective bimini, you can seat 12 with room for another eight aft.  When the others head ashore, you and your crew can relax in the great cabin below to take in a game on tv or prep dinner in the galley. All the appointments are here: a grand settee around a handcrafted table opposite a well planned galley with ample storage.  The setting is proper yacht- white panel and cherry, Herreshoff style. Light and ventilation is plentiful from 16 portlights and hatches.

The master stateroom is a masterpiece of practical luxury:  a wide berth that is 7’ at the shoulder, a workstation with easy chair, private en-suite head and tons of storage outfitted with bins to keep things tidy.  

Choose from several optional arrangements of this interior to accommodate your cruising.  Two master staterooms with en-suite heads, an over/under bunk cabin, or a convertible salon with stowaway wall for occasional guests are all possible to make the 50z infinitely adaptable to your desires.  Even the bridgedeck can easily convert to a sleeping porch complete with privacy shades.
